At WITR Perfume Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our fragrance concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return within 30 days of delivery.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the perfume bottle in its original box and use protective cushioning to ensure the glass remains intact during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the product's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
